Supercomputing Competition Kickoff

The Supercomputing Competition Kickoff for is an event put on by the University of Utah's Center for High Performance Computing (CHPC) and UHSSC to provide UHSSC participants with a chance to become familiar with supercomputing in general and the technologies used in the competition in particular.

The 2012 Kickoff will be held on January 14, 2012 in the Saltair room in the Union building at the University of Utah (map).

9:00-9:30	Sign in, get name tag, join UHSSC2012 Google Group
9:30-10:00	Welcome to CHPC/UHSSC
10:00-12:00	Set up Competition Systems through PXE boot
12:00-1:00	Lunch (provided)
1:00-2:30	CHPC Presentations
2:30-3:00	Transfer Teams' Competition Systems to vehicles
